About Us

DEVEKO Advertising Agency was set up in 1993 by Dzhino Konstantinov. It bears the name of the First Bulgarian Pencil Factory set up by his great grandfather and grandfather, Dimitar and Petar Veltchevi, back in 1924. The Factory was highly respected in Bulgaria for its production of school and stationery items and aids to which the numerous Certificates of Gratitude, distinctions and merit plaquettes awarded by the Governments of the times testify.
